Surface preparation Surface of substrates should be clean and remove all from oil, grease, dust and others contaminants. Dry substrates should be dampened before application of DREB RENDER ECO.

Mixing Mix of DREB RENDER ECO should use the clean water and mix thoroughly using a hand-held or mechanical mixer for 3-5 minutes until a desire homogenous mix is achieved and ensure the mix is free from lumps. The mix ratio is add approximately 5.8 – 6.5 litres of clean water to 40 kg bag of DREB RENDER ECO.

Application method DREB RENDER ECO should applied by use a steel trowel or spraying machine. The first coat should have application thickness not exceeding 8mm. After curing under shaded ambient condition for at least 3-4 hours before the second coat is applied.

POT LIFE

Approximately 40 – 60 minutes after mixing.

DREB FLOOR SCREED ECO is suitable for use as a normal screed on new concrete or to repair old concrete substrates such as housing estates or heavy industrial floors. It provides suitable bedding to receiving tiles under internal and external application.

Mixing Mix of DREB TILE ADHESIVE should use the clean water and mix thoroughly using a hand-held or mechanical mixer for 3-5 minutes until a uniform paste is achieved and ensure the mix is free from lumps. The mix ratio is add approximately 5 – 6 litres of clean water to 25 kg of DREB TILE ADHESIVE.

Coverage Coverage varies according to surface condition and the build-up required. The following can be used as an approximate guide:
 - Using a 4.5mm x 4.5mm notched trowel, approximately 2 kg/m²
 - Using a 6mm x 6mm notched trowel, approximately 2.5 kg/m²
 - Using a 10mm x 10mm notched trowel, approximately 3.5 kg/m²

Application method DREB TILE ADHESIVE applied by use a notched trowel for application onto the substrate and buttering onto the back-face of the tile to enhance the performance and proper coverage of the adhesive. Tile with deep grove should be properly buttered and ensure the adhesive have proper coverage in the inner grove of the tiles.

DREB Skim Coat ECO (External) can be finished with soft hair brush or trowelled smooth. It is important to protect the product during placement and whilst curing from direct sunlight and winds.

AREA OF APPLY

Swimming pool, external and internal wall and floor of buildings, water tank, cold room and substrates subject to slight vibration.

COVERAGE

1 liter of JME101 mix with 2 kg cement and 2 kg sand covers approximate 1.7 sq.m using a 6 mm notched trowel.

DIRECTION FOR USE

Surface preparation Masonry and concrete surfaces must be free from dust, oil, grease and other contaminants prior to tiling.

Mixing Put the solution in the pail and while the electric hand mixer is operating, gradually add the premixed cement and sand in to the pail until a creamy consistency mix is achieved.

Application method Spread the creamy adhesive using the required notched trowel for different thickness bed. Do not spread the adhesive over large area, preferably 1 sq.m at a time.
